Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. 
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

 

Reservations:

  • Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in-person. 
  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. 
  • Cancellations or modifications must be made 24 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a penalty charge of one night's stay. 

 

Room Rates and Payment:

  • Room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to all local, provincial, federal taxes and service charges. 
  • Final payments can be made by credit card or cash. 
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. 

 

Smoking Policy:

  • All our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited. 
  • Guests who violate the smoking policy will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee. 

 

Pets:

  • Pets are allowed in designated rooms only and are subject to a non-refundable per night fee with a maximum of 2 pets per room. 
  • Guests are required to follow all pet policies and guidelines provided by the hotel. 
  • Guests are liable for any damages caused by their pets during their stay. 

 

Damages:

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. 
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damages caused. 

 

Safety and Security:

  • Guests are required to follow all safety and security procedures and guidelines provided by the hotel. 
  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the guest's stay. 

 

Liability:

  • The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the guest's stay. 

 

Conduct:

  • Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or hotel staff. 
  • The hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if they fail to comply with the hotel's conduct policy. 

 

Housekeeping:

  • Daily housekeeping services are provided. 
  • Guests can choose to decline housekeeping services by placing the "Do Not Disturb" sign on their room door.
