Service Plus Inns and Suites Calgary offers a state of the art facility for all your meeting requirements. The "Emerald Room" is available for group gatherings with a total of 750 square feet of space. This room can also be divided into two smaller rooms; 375 square feet each. This room will comfortably accommodate 40 people for a lunch or dinner gathering.

The Service Plus Inns & Suites facilities are equipped with High Speed Internet access, Flipchart, Screen, and 2 Flat Screen High Definition Televisions for presentations. We have available for rental any audio visual equipment you may need, ranging from Power Point Presentation Systems to P.A. Systems. Just let us know as we can we can accommodate almost any requests. Rates for these meeting rooms vary depending on size of function, rooms booked and individual requirements.

We are happy to accommodate your breakfast or luncheon needs and there are many options available for you to choose from.

You will find our meeting rooms to be very comfortable with fresh air access windows and lots of natural daylight all contained in a progressive décor.

The Deerfoot Inn and Casino offers approximately 20 000 square feet of meeting space within our 14 break-off rooms. Many of our wonderful selections of meeting rooms boast natural light accompanied by the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. With meeting facilities that match any hotel, The Deerfoot Inn and Casino can host functions that can house 5 - 500 delegates.
